Optical Switches

Optical Switches have evolved from mechanical movement to several different technology that allow for "solid state switches". The switching speed and repeatability will be key specifications to look for as well as the insertion loss. Both of those type are sometimes known as optical switch vs photonic switch and could be used interchangeably in literature. All our optical switches are always tested before being sent to customers.
