The Melles Griot 11NCM001 Nanomover Actuator is a high-precision motion control device designed for applications requiring nanometer-level accuracy. It features a resolution of 50 nanometers, bidirectional repeatability of ±100 nanometers, and an absolute accuracy of 1 micron. This actuator has a travel range of 25 mm, a maximum load capacity of 10 kg, and a maximum velocity of 2.5 mm per second.
