The Melles Griot Piezoelectric Controller without Feedback, Model 17PCW012 is a Three-Channel Piezoelectric Controller with IEEE 488 Interface, 500 mA per channel. It is designed to provide remote or programmed control of open-loop piezoelectric actuators. The high output current ensures maximum dynamic performance with a range of actuators and the internal amplifiers are designed to generate minimum noise, thereby reducing noise-equivalent motion and increasing positioning resolution. Controller stability is enhanced by optimizing to open-loop bandwith between 0 and 10 kHz, the electromechanical operating range for piezoelctirc stacks.
