The Ando (Yokogawa) AQ6315A Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) is a full size OSA operating from a single-pass/double-pass monochromator (mode select). In single-pass monochromator mode, it supports the same wide range of applications as its predecessors. In double-pass monochromator mode, the dynamic range increases and the resolution also increases across the 350nm to 1750nm range.
