The Yokogawa AQ6370D with OPT01 (Limited) and L1 (Light source) Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) is an instrument designed for both telecommunications and general-purpose applications. With a versatile wavelength range of 600 nm to 1700 nm, it accommodates single-mode and multi-mode fibers. The unique free space input design allows testing of DWDM class single-mode and VCSEL sourced multi-mode fibers in one model. Newly added functions include data logging, gate sampling, resolution calibration, an advanced marker function, and an enhanced auto-sweep mode.
