The JDS SC0216-Z000817 Optical Switch from the SC Series is a high-density 2x16 singlemode fiber switch engineered for precision optical signal routing in telecom, R&D, and automated test environments. Featuring 9/125µm pigtail fiber and SC/APC connectors, this switch supports D-configuration operation, enabling simultaneous connection of two input channels to sixteen outputs. Built on JDSU’s expanded beam lens technology and driven by a precision stepper motor, it ensures low insertion loss, high return loss, and excellent repeatability across a wide wavelength range (1270–1670 nm).
